Naf Naf partially acquired by the Beaumanoir GroupOn Thursday, the Bobigny Commercial Court ruled in favour of Beaumanoir for the takeover of Naf Naf, which has been placed in receivership. The group has committed to rehiring 300 of the chain's 600 employees.
